Create Your Perfect Sofa with Custom Fabrics
Haven’t seen exactly the sofa fabric you want in our collection? No problem. At Sofa.com, we can upholster any of our sofas in a fabric of your choice, including custom fabric options. The process is really simple. Here’s how it works:
1. Pick a Fabric Sofa Style
Will it be the understated elegance of the Bluebell or the indulgence of the Malibu, we have a wide range of sofa designs. From cosy two-seaters to corner sofas, we have the sofa design to suit.
2. Choose Your Custom Fabric
Head to our showrooms to peruse our enormous range of fabric books, made by the likes of Ralph Lauren, Romo, Nina Campbell, Designers Guild, Korla, and Colefax & Fowler. Or if you’ve fallen in love with a unique sofa fabric elsewhere, we’d be more than happy to use that. The only requirements for your fabric are that it must have a width of 130cm – 155cm and a 2000 Martindale rub count.
COM is available to both residential and trade customers, making your choices for customisation endless no matter what you are shopping for. If you are unsure on what to look for or need help picking the perfect fabric for you, simply contact trade@sofa.com and our lovely team can assist.
3. Customise the Legs
Legs are a small detail, but when it comes to creating a super-smart sofa, the small details make a big difference. So what will it be? Slim and graceful? Curvy? Minimalist? You can choose the colour that best matches your custom sofa fabric.
4. Personalise Your Sofa Cushions
We’re big fans of the scatter cushion. For us it’s the secret to turning a comfy sofa into an absurdly comfy sofa. You can choose from our cushion collection, or you customise your cushion by selecting your own sofa fabric material.
All that’s left then is for us to turn your dream sofa into a real sofa you can lounge on for years to come.

Because you’ll be creating a piece of furniture that’s totally unique to you, our standard returns policy does not apply. Do make sure you’re 100% happy with your dream design, as you won’t be able to cancel your bespoke order and we cannot offer a refund.
