By car
The Chantry Place shopping centre has 1,000 car parking spaces, spread across a convenient multi-story carpark, so finding a parking space is simple. There are also reserved spaces for parents with prams and disabled shoppers on two levels. The car park is open from Monday – Saturday: 8:30am – 8pm Sundays: 9:30am – 8pm. Please use the postcode NR2 1RS in your sat-nav to find the car park with ease.
By bus
The nearest bus stops are located on St Stephens Street or at the Norwich Bus Station, both accessible from the St Stephens Arcade entrance/exit of Chantry Place shopping centre. The bus station is just a few minutes’ walk away. Most other services, including the full network of Park & Ride buses, all stop at the bus station.
By train
Norwich train station is a 20 minute walk away from the shopping centre and has frequent arrivals to make your shopping trip as enjoyable as possible.
